Arts In The Parks

Arts in the Parks is a series of summer arts workshops designed to introduce students, ages 6 and older to a variety of experiences in both the performing and visual arts. Experienced artists and arts educators are used as instructors for all workshops, who are described as Teaching Artists.

What is Arts in the Parks?

Arts in the Parks is a unique summer arts program that offers art classes to children aged 6-12 throughout East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio. Classes are organized in dance, theater, culinary and visual arts.

How do I sign up?

To register for Arts in the Parks classes, fill out the registration form and return with payment to:

What does it cost?

Each class costs $5. Take 4 or more classes for only $20.

How many classes can I take?

Participants are allowed to take as many classes they would like. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests on a first come, first served basis as availability of each class is subject to limited enrollment.

Who may attend?

Our classes are designed for ages 6-12, but all parents, guardians, and interested arts students are welcome to attend.

What are class codes?

Class codes are a combination of numbers and letters given to classes to differentiate them within each community.

For example, B3=Berne, Class 3.
