ArtWorks provides comprehensive instruction in the arts for both children and adults. Many ArtWorks classes are designed to provide a sequential curriculum, allowing a student to progress from the most basic skills to a high level of competency.

How do I register?

To register for ArtWorks classes, fill out a registration form and return with payment to:

Where are classes offered?

Classes are available at all three of our centers, the Auglaize/Mercer Center, Blackford County Arts Center, and the Portland Center.

What does it cost?

The fees vary by class and can be found in the brochure. Scholarships are available to those eligible. Download and print the scholarship application here.

Can I make payments?

You can break the cost of the 6 week classes into two payments. For all 6 week classes $20 is due at the time of registration. The remainder will be due by the second class. Workshop fees are due upon registration.

Can I enroll anytime?

Yes, six-week class and workshop start dates are spread from September to April. However, we want students to get the most instruction possible. Therefore, we do not accept registrations for classes that have already begun.

Theater Camp

June 25-28 | 9:00-11:30am | Performance June 28 at 7pm

Join us for a fun-filled four days at the Blackford County Arts Center. Students will participate in activities to learn more about dramatic arts and conclude the camp with a performance.
